GEMS aims to create Energy Management System (EMS) solutions in business parks (BP), where small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) co-invest to enhance energy efficiency and Renewable Energy consumption, reducing grid congestion. GEMS targets this
opportunity by developing smart EMS solutions for mid-sized business parks (1-20 MW). 4 knowledge partners and 5 BSOs in NL, FR, IE, DE, BE will validate the GEMS framework at 6 pilot sites, enabling SMEs to collectively invest in and benefit from EMS solutions.
